Assessment Level 3 & 4
Assessment Level 3 (AL3) and 4 (AL4) applicants must apply for their initial student visa through overseas. Information on the required documents when applying as AL3 or AL4 visa applicants can be found at the following,

AL3 and AL4 applications are assessed in two steps. First the application is made with the Visa Office with all required documentation listed in the checklist. If this step is successful, a Pre-Visa Assessment advice will be granted and you will be requested to provide the CoE and Health exam results later.
Please note:
- Applicant must be 6 years old or over at time of application.
- All documents not in English must be translated by a certified translator.
- All documents included in the application must be original documents or certified copies of the original documents.
