IMPORTANT NOTICE - Changes to Client Service System
To provide clients with a better service, the Visa Section of the Australian Embassy will introduce an appointments system from Monday 1 Sep 2008.
Clients wishing to lodge visa applications and documents in person:
From 1 September 2008, if you wish to lodge a visa application or documents in person, you will need to make an appointment by contacting us (contact details below).
In most cases it is not necessary to lodge your application in person.
For convenience visa applications and documents can be lodged by mail to:

What should be included with applications?
Details of documents to be submitted with applications are available at our website.
Acknowledging receipt of your application
We will advise you by email or mail when we have received your application and tell you the reference number. You should quote this reference number if you need to contact us about the application.
Returning your passport
When your visa is issued your passport will be returned to you by Korean Postal Service. Please ensure that your correct postal address is recorded legibly in your application.
