Phases
There are two phases in the implementation of the program.

 In the first phase, which is in early August, the Korean teachers will visit Australia and undertake a similar program. It will be from August 3 to August 17 this year.
 In the second phase, which is in late September or early October, Australian teachers will travel to Korea and participate in the program.

Components
The program consists of three parts.

It is held one or two days after the participants' arrival in the country they visit. It provides lectures and/or presentations about the history, education systems, and/or other aspects of the country.
 A five-day period of homestay and school experience opportunity
Australian and Korean participants are paired up and stay with their partner's families. They experience their partner's school life during this period.
