Lodging Applications and Return of Passports
Lodging Applications
Applications can be lodged by mail or courier. You must make an appointment if you want to lodge in person. You can make an appointment by contacting the visa office by telephone, fax, or email.

Return of Passports
ALL passports other than those for children for adoption will be returned to applicants by post office courier one day after the visa application has been finalised.
A delivery fee is payable when the passport is received.
If the applicant is not at home at the time of delivery, the post office will leave a card indicating that delivery was unsuccessful and will deliver again the following day.
Please note:
Applicants who have already provided self-addressed envelopes will have passports returned by registered mail.
